Today I founnd a way to get the server to 13 tps.
I simply flied at speed 4 with sprint straight in a specific direction.
This only works on the overworld instead of the flatlands.

↩ iVacon Sounds like columbus griefing. This a proven method of lagging the server. Simply fly really fast in a straight line, loading as many chunks as possible in the process and it can lag or possibly crash the server.
