Honestly, the only reason preventing me from vouching is that you didn't use the template.

It isn't too late to edit your post.

I Object. It isn't hard to ctrl c and fill out the template. This 'appeal' shows no sincerity or remorse for your actions, especially given the extremely low effort in it.
