Re-enable dropping items

    I don’t really need to explain this one.
    I think items should be droppable again there are much easier ways to crash the server than items and it’s just kind of a inconvenience we’ve grown to live with, and it’s not even like this is preventing any problems you can drop items much quicker than normal by just breaking a chest. I think that this should all and all be changed back and ops should be able to drop items.

    @hyfae#2491 the trade off is reletively minor given how tf clears items every 30 seconds or so. i think this minor trade off is worth it in the long run for user end experience.


    If we were to trace people down who spam drop a lot of items with an intent to lag the server we could probably have a method to log it or something like potspy but thats a conversation for another time.

    Half of me wants to keep it disabled for the security aspect, but the other half wants to throw emeralds at strippers. Vouch.
