Replace the sky block anticheat with NCP

I think it's worth looking beyond these two options as well: there are quite a few of these plugins, and we obviously don't have a lot of experience with them as a freedom server. It's also known that tweaking the config files can have a huge impact on the detection rate.

↩  NotPetya i've prolly told you this before but i've tried non configured NCP on the event host server. all in all there was false flags anf people complaining about a movement speed difference iirc

Spartan is pretty decent most of the time
