This thread was created by Finest in 2013 as a proposal for a place to toss unwanted threads but still keep them around as evidence. The board continue to exist to this day, even surviving the move to Flarum. I am one of the few who has actually seen the contents of the boards across forums.

I will say we don't really use it on Flarum, as Flarum has the concept of deleting without really deleting. It remains visible to forum admins but otherwise is gone. Same for posts.
I will say the Proboards one is full of crap.
