Instead of arguing in the base, default freedom-01, i suggest making a thread for each of these arguments and then archiving/deleting them when its over, that way people enjoying their time on the server dont have to see that crap, especially with new players who dont know /togglediscord is a thing, and those who dont want to block out the entirety of the discord convo
Making use of the Threads
Please Note: The TotalFreedom Forum has now been put into a read-only mode. Total Freedom has now closed down and will not be returning in any way, shape or form. It has been a pleasure to lead this community and I wish you all the best for your futures.

Vouch. People argue a lot in the server chats, granting thread creation perms in those channels can make the in-game chat a lot more cleaner.

You know theres this wonderful thing called > #general-discussion
But seriously, stop having stupid arguments in the F01 no one wants to see it. -

vouch, i can recall many times where I have had discussions that could have benefited from threads.

Vouch, some things like this cause confusion to players who join in during the arguments/deep discussions, so using threads would be a good idea to keep things from getting chaotic.
-
Isn't this tackling the symptom rather than the problem? It seems to me that you are saying that we shouldn't allow extended arguments in the server channels, not that we should have them and cleverly hide them.

Accepted, I have given everyone the permission to create public threads on the Freedom 01 Server Channel, I ask everyone to use it wisely, avoid creating threads that deem useless or unnecessary; Keep it clean and follow our guidelines.
