A bit of context and explanation would be nice..

you can already give someone an item, although its quite illegal if you do it maliciously, we dont need more people giving people items (ive already been forcekilled by erin for using that to troll her)

This is really a lot of suggestions, and they're not all small ones either. In any case, auctions have already been approved, and I believe that also covers trading.

↩  matscalle if you have a client you could just use the command .nbt get or .nbt copy, then just paste that in when you are giving someone an item
