I think this ban appeal was made a bit in spite of your ban for the swastika, I think you knew why you were banned so I don’t understand why you put that you don’t know.

I have a bit of sympathy for you because in the past I have also had an… unfortunate swastika incident… but not enough sympathy for me to want to vouch here, you had multiple warnings.

Neutral, leaning towards object. As far as I can tell, the build on the right in the second picture is literally a swastika with one arm reversed, and doesn't seem to serve any other purpose than to look like a swastika.. I think the intent here is what matters, if not the build itself, which may very well have been to purposefully make a build similar to swastikas.

I Vouch. This user clearly isn't the type that joins just to make a (usually bad/defective (ex. shorty chub chub)) swastika with the clear purpose and intent to troll.

↩  lyicx To clear this up, an appeal for a 24-hour ban is not supposed to be a voting process, and it doesn't say anywhere that it is. It's just an opportunity for an admin (not necessarily the banning admin) to reconsider the situation and decide if the player should be given the benefit of the doubt or not. To everyone, feel free to create a thread if this needs more clarification.
