That odd number doesn't bode well with me, 12 hours is more likely.
If the server was actually fun then people would stay for longer but that's not the case.

thing is yall can say 'it doesnt matter admins should be active' but it does matter.. if theres less players on due to the server being boring, then admins will get bored and thus inacgive..
I dont think this adresses the problem.

I think the main problem is that we don't actually care about the admin's activity, we care about their engagement. We are only using activity as a metric because we've decided it is too hard to measure engagement. "Doing the bare minimum to retain admin" would not be a thing in the first place.
As per https://forum.totalfreedom.me/…-minimum-monthly-activity this is actively being done.
I do get the concerns raised, and I'm hoping the new plan will address some of them, but appreciate it will never be truly perfect.
