Full Disclosure: We're on a trial right now, and I've no idea if this will keep working when it expires, but hey ho

I've changed the permissions around on Jira to allow public read-only access to the majority of the projects that we use day to day. Unfortunately due to some nonsense licensing rubbish I can't share the actual Kanban board, but it at least shows what we've identified as things we want to do, and should allow people to better see what we're working on, and get involved if they want.

In order to reduce duplicated effort, I would ask that anyone interested in picking up a ticket let the dev team know in the #public-discussion space on Discord so there's no duplication of work.

↩  Fleek yeah my hope is once the perms are set it just won't let me change them. I know that's what confluence does at least but not sure jira is the same.

↩  FromTimeToTime This was an experiment to see if Jira would let us keep the project settings after the trial ended, evidently not so unfortunately they're weren't visible after the trial ended, which is rubbish. Unfortunately the cost of Jira cloud is $$$ and not something worth investing in for the size of our team.

I'll bump (And sticky) as we do now have this working under an Atlassian open source license.
