People advertising their guild non-stop in chat is really annoying, maybe make it once a hour or once every 30 minutes, it's getting on my nerves, and probably other people's nerves. It's also annoying cause people try to take down other guilds in their ads and its pretty annoying.
Apply Advertising rules to guild ads.

As the leader of the biggest guild I wholeheartedly agree.
I don’t advertise my guild in chat and have other ways of recruiting, so this change is very needed, especially with people like NotPetya constantly advertising. -

Vouch for a limit. Object for making it equal to the once an hour rule, because guilds are a part of the server right now. Once every five minutes works for me, or something similar.
