Minecart loot chests in overworld break upon generation

(This isn't a one time thing, I've seen this happen to every mineshaft I've seen)

↩  Tizz The way loot in minecraft works is the chest has no content/inventory: just two important tags: The chest's main loot table and the seed to pick it from.

When you first open, break, or just interact with the chest, Minecraft reacts by generating an inventory for the chest using the loot table and the loot chest's/map seed.

However, silentcontainer works by reading the raw inventory content of that chest, which is non-existent in the case in which the loot isn't generated.
