Known Issue - Notifications for Quotes inside quotes

I'm aware there are issues where if someone quotes a quote that you have been quoted in previously, it'll notify you.

I'm not sure there's a real good way to fix this, so for now I'm setting the maximum "Quote Depth" back from unlimited to 3. Hopefully this should minimise the issue, but we can reduce it further if needed (Default is 1 fwiw)

I don't think having a high quote depth is a good thing in general. It creates a "tunnel" effect, and in very active threads, you eventually have to scroll past a massive wall of text that doesn't contribute anything. ProBoards has a hardcoded quote depth of 2.

@StevenNL2000#16417 the nice thing was they'd collapse down so it wasn't super annoying to see, but I agree that the threads will likely end up a mess. More than happy to decrease or increase the figure as needed though.
