make spam and drama show again

I object, I don’t like going through the forum for threads I want to read because it got buried by S&D threads.

If anyone is able to provide a link to an extension that would do this, I'll give it a look, I did a quick google but no joy.

If nobody's able to provide a way of actually doing this in the next week or two I'll close this as rejected.

@wild1145#17058 I didn't find anything for falling threads, but this extension seems like it allows people to hide tags from All Discussions as a personal setting, which also completely solves the problem:

FOR-7 raised to add the add-on in StevenNL2000 's reply. That should resolve this issue to everyones satisfaction

I'm going to go ahead and re-open this, as while I have added the plugin and it partially does what we expect, you can only opt in / out of the top level tags, not the ones under it like spam and drama is.

Open to further thoughts on this.

Remember when you could set threads to be falling on ProBoards where you'd see it once on the "Recently Updated Threads" page and eventually never see it again as much higher quality threads come up?

Object. When we had ProBoards we could mark threads as "falling". But seeing that Flarum doesn't support that (at least without needing an extension), I don't think it would be a good idea to have it implemented.

I'm going to retract my re-opening. It turns out because I had the tag not to show in the admin panel, the add-on doesn't show you the ability to hide it.

Members who do not wish to see spam & drama should open the spam and drama category and click the drop down next to "Follow" and set it to "Hidden"

In addition, the approved / denied tags will also now be shown by default and you can where appropriate chose to hide those tags and any others.
