FS2020 issues

so im trying to install FS2020 and basically it downloads like the first few files onto my HDD. then you run the program it installs, and it will complete the installation. when i try and then run it, it loads for like 5 seconds and starts to not respond at all. black screen with a little loading wheel in the bottom right corner.

Anyone got any solutions?

Nope. It only uses around 18% of my RAM. 0% of my CPU.

RedEastWood I tried that already. The issue is with actually installing it, not running the game. The PC is also new.

I have something called Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, where you can get access to many games. Anyway, I ran the installation from there and then it finished, and apparently the program it installs is the one you run and it finishes it off. The program itself is called Microsoft Flight Simulator.
