Quick suggestion, we should really unsticky all these information threads. The home screen should show updated conversations, not just be a wall of stickies. I think it makes sense to unsticky all of these threads, move them to Announcements+Info, and only sticky new+important announcement threads in the future.

Yeah it's because there are unread posts on the stickied ones. If you read them they should clear.
It would be better if only the forum guidelines and conduct policy were shown instead of all.

As I say, just read the updated posts or mark everything as read... Things that are stickied are done so for good reason.
