I think that one thing we could do to draw in players is use our rank as 2nd oldest Minecraft server, or Oldest Creative Server in Minecraft in our advertisements.
we could also change the server MOTD to Oldest Creative Server in Minecraft or something similar because I think that would draw in more players
so yeah that’s my suggestion

Nerd.nu and MinecraftOnline are both older, as well as Minr.org.
It's hard to claim things like these without substantiation.
If can guarantee it's accurate, then I say go for it. If not, then I wouldn't.

The oldest Freeop server, 2b2t doesnt claim to be the oldest server but it does claim to be the oldest "Anarchy" server. (The oldest in a category and not how long the server has been up)
TotalFreedom has been online since 11 November 2010. Mark has previously posted proof of this in the form of an invoice, but the image is no longer available.
