These are all stretched because of the requirements that are required.

Shutdown
"It is now safe to turn off your computer"
In practice they are not perfect since win9x has really booki requirements (320x400 BMP, 256 Colors and wont take anything else) and it really shows.
And ideally i expected it to look better, along the lines of this
this was a pain in the ass, the payoff was small but it was fun to do.
